Healthy Beginnings: Prenatal Class for Parents-to-Be:
The Health Unit offers a free series of four classes
for later pregnancy (more than 20 weeks). Expectant mothers and their
partners will receive information on labour and delivery, breastfeeding
and preparation for parenthood. Contact your local Health Unit office

Preparation for Breastfeeding Class:
The Health Unit offers a free class to provide
information, tips and support on breastfeeding for all expectant parents, whether this is your first, second or third breastfeeding experience.
