Communicable Disease Control
While becoming healthy is important, we work just as hard at helping you and your family stay healthy. Our Communicable Disease Control staff are key in preventing the spread of contagious diseases in the community through immunization programs, investigations of outbreaks and the follow-up of reportable diseases. We work closely with physicians, hospitals and long-term care facilities to help protect you from communicable disease.
