The Health Unit offers help and support to breastfeeding moms.
After your baby comes, contact one of the Health Unit’s public health nurses for free breastfeeding support. Nurses can offer breastfeeding telephone support, appointments at breastfeeding clinics in one of our family-friendly rooms, and families eligible for the Healthy Babies Healthy Children program may be able to get help in their own homes. Call the Health Unit at 1-866-888-4577, ext. 5003 for more information.
