PORT HOPE, ON (November 10, 2021) - The COVID-19 media information session set for today (Wednesday, November 10) is being cancelled.

Dr. Natalie Bocking, Medical Officer of Health for the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit, who normally hosts the media information sessions, is unavailable to do so this week. Media who regularly participate in the sessions should have received an electronic cancellation of the event by email earlier this week.

A media information session is scheduled for Wednesday, November 17, but due to another conflict, the time is being changed to 1 pm. After next week, the sessions will move to every other week, starting at 2 pm.

The next COVID-19 media information sessions are set for:

• Wednesday, November 17 – 1 pm
• Wednesday, December 1 – 2pm
