Health Unit Discloses Salary Information

Providing open and accountable information in accordance with the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 

PORT HOPE, ON (March 29, 2023) – In accordance with the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 (PSSDA), the Haliburton, Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit (HKPR District Health Unit) is required to publish the name, position, salary and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year. 

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31st each year, the names, positions, salaries, and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.
