Respiratory Infection Dashboard Updates Pause Until September

HKPR District Health Unit plans to relaunch dashboard in September with enhanced design and layout.

PORT HOPE, ON (June 3, 2024) – The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge (HKPR) District Health Unit would like to inform the community that regular updates to the Respiratory Infection Dashboard, which reports local cases, hospitalizations, outbreaks, and other indicators of influenza and COVID-19, will now take a pause until the fall. The dashboard will resume regular updates at the beginning of the 2024/2025 respiratory season in September 2024.

The HKPR District Health Unit data services cover various aspects, including opioid overdose reports, community outbreaks, respiratory infections, and reportable diseases.

As the Health Unit continues to adapt to changes in provincial surveillance and reporting, residents, community partners and health care professionals can expect an updated respiratory dashboard in September featuring relevant indicators of respiratory infection in an updated design and layout.

During this time, the HKPR District Health Unit will continue to report on community outbreaks and opioid-related overdoses. For more information, please visit: hkpr.on.ca/data.
