Mental Health Supports

Mental health support encompasses a wide range of services, resources, and interventions designed to help individuals maintain and improve their mental and emotional well-being. It includes various forms of assistance and guidance provided to individuals who may be experiencing mental health challenges or seeking to maintain good mental health. At the HKPR District Health Unit, we do not provide treatment or counselling for mental illness, but we provide mental health awareness and promotion.
