The HKPR District Health Unit is actively following up individuals identified at four (4) known exposure locations. If you believe you may have been exposed to measles at the date and location, please visitHKPR’s Measles webpage and complete the health questionnaire, call 1-866-888-4577 x 4050, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or email info@hkpr.on.ca.
Nurse Practitioner, as a member of the Health Protection Division, the Nurse Practitioner is accountable to Health Protection Management for the implementation of the assigned Requirements of the Infectious and Communicable Disease Prevention and Control Program Standards of the Ontario Public Health Standards (OPHS) 2018 and relevant protocols, specifically related to sexual health and bloodborne infections.
