The Healthy Families Feeding and Nutrition Clinic offers one-on-one support to help families make informed feeding or nutrition decisions that are best for their family. A Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian will provide families with free in-person, virtual or phone support.

The Feeding and Nutrition Clinic is available:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • In-person at the Health Unit’s three office locations (Lindsay, Port Hope, Haliburton).

Parents and Guardians in need of feeding support outside of office hours are encouraged to call the 24/7 breastfeeding support line through Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000.
